Problems started to arise when the star of the documentary fell ill. This meant that shooting couldn't continue until the star was better. This put me a bit behind schedule as it wasted some of the chances I had to go out and film. To make up for lost time, I used some days to film double the amount of filming we would normally do. After a couple of these hard working days, I had caught up on the required amount of filming and managed to complete the documentary.
One of the main problems I had discovered after shooting for my documentary was some of the footage was faulty. The camera I had been using had caused some problems to the footage. Whenever I had pressed stop while recording, it had deleted half a second off the end of each clip. This meant that clips where the star was speaking was cut short and didn't make sense. In some, it didn't have much of an affect so we kept these ones and just had to re-film some of the faulty interview clips.

How well the group managed time
Time wasn't an issue as I was completing this assignment independently meaning I could arrange my schedule around my free time.
As there were little complications in the availability of myself and the star within the documentary, we managed to complete filming with a large amount of time before the deadline.
Because I had time left before the end of the assignment, I had the opportunity to re-do and improve some of my work which included improving some of my pre-production essays and filming some more clips. All this was in attempt to reach a higher grade and not to waste time that could have been used to help me reach my target.

How well the group managed people
I decided that I wanted to pursue with this project by myself to minimise complications and disagreements that being in a group would usually involve. This meant that organising my documentary and organising a shooting schedule all became much more simple.
My star in the documentary was almost always available making it very convenient for me to get my filming done in rapid time. When ever I had some free time, either during college or at home meant I could shoot more footage for my documentary. If I was in a group, the likelihood of us all being available at the same time were low and this would have decreased our chances of completing the documentary on time.
All the pre-production work became much easier for me as well, however I did have more tasks to complete which could have put some strain on me achieving the dead line but I successfully managed. This is because my idea was purely mine and allowed me to have a great knowledge about what type of documentary I was creating and what ideas were going to be involved.
